We were working on trying to build a better detector.
PETER our brilliant tech. ‘We met in Nov 1992
JOHN Supplied us with a circuit diagram of a 1968 pulsed induction detector. Sept. 1992.
CRAIG& BILL formed what was to become SNDICATE 21. Over a. period between 1992 & 2002 we were looking for people to invest a minimum of $5000 so as to enable us to build the detector we have. As we were progressing we required money to pay Peter and to buy parts.
From 1994 to 2002throughout the Research and Development stages of building and field testing the detector there was a lot disappointment and heartache and a lot of soul searching going on. We had a period there of 6 months where we had hit a brick wall and it took a fare while to overcome it. At the start of 2002 we had finished the detector however it was to large in the ANALOG FORM it had to be DIGITALISED, we needed at least half a million dollars.
LA-TROBE UNIVERSITY
First meeting took place at PETER’S workshop in Bendigo FEB. 2002.
We had finished the detector to a working and demonstrable stage. BECAUSE of what were saying this detector could do, they believed it to go against the Laws of Physics. However it was proven correct. The decision to “go for it” was made on the day.
FEB to JUNE 2002
The Company DETECTOR SYSTEMS Ply Ltd was formed with DR. JOHN FERRIER as our managing Director.
DETECTOR SYSTEMS Ply Ltd was valued by the” powers that be” at $2,000,000. The company issued 10,000,000 shares at 20 cents each. LA-TROBE UNIVERSITY was given 500000 or 5% of the company in return for setting the company up. This is the FIRST time in Australian history that a University has been allowed by the Government to own shares in a commercial venture. THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT WANTS THIS COMPANY TO SUCCEED
AVIAT1ON DATA SYSTEMS Pty Ltd JULY 2002
This is another company working out of La Trobe Uni. They were contracted to shrink the detector eg Bring it back from analog to digital and write the program. That program has taken over 8 months to write. It was during this time a decision was made to LET CLOSE FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR AS THEY SAY, BY RELEASING 500000 shares at 20 cents each to our FAMILIES AND FRIENDS BEFORE we go to market. You will he informed. These shares will make you very wealthy.
FIELD TEST OF DETECTOR
The people from Aviation data are telling us the first finished detector is only 4 to 8 weeks away!
APRIL. 2003
A New Zealand group has paid Detector Systems $3,200,000 for 10% of the company. This will also give them the right to build detectors for New Zealand only. We supply the circuit board and this should give the company $4000 per board. An extra 5,000,000 shares at 20 cents was created for New Zealand Total number of shares in company is now 15,000,000(cont)
More to follow what comes is next is simply unbelievable and comical, real fantasyland stuff and I have not yet started on newsletters or memorandum or unit trust!
You will be getting news letters as we progress. Please read them careflully. By adding an extra 500,000 shares, this is the ‘diminishing ofshares’ that discussed earlier. Basically what this is is that the NUMBER of shares that you hold does not diminish however the %age of the company you own does and that is by 33.3 %. Detector Systems Pty.Ltd is now valued at $34,000,000. Each 20 cent share is now worth around $2 .25.
April 2003
During the next 6 months or so the aims of the company are;
I. Test first detector and find any ‘bugs’.
2. Manufacture of circuit boards and sell to New Zealand. A profit of$4,000 per board is visualized. The first order would be for around 1000 boards.
3. Manufacture the ‘hand held scanner’ and license it off to USA for manufacture. We supply the board at $4,000 profit. Already an order for 30,000 as soon as they are ready here in Australia.
4. Manufacture the ‘walk through doorway’ (this is classified; all I can say is that it is brilliant). This will revolutionize all airports, bus stations, train stations, nightclubs, hotels etc., any where people are forced to congregate. Once again we sell the license for ‘the right to manufacture’ and we sell the circuit boards for $4000 profit. How many?????????????? I believe hundreds of thousands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5. Manufacture the land mine detector. Again we sell off the license for the right to manufacture and we sell the circuit boards. How many???????????? once again I believe hundreds of thousands!!!!!!!!!!!!
6. DETECTOR SYSTEMS Pty. Ltd. Has identified over 250 separate uses for our technology. (Each and every product uses the SAME circuit board with program changes)
BEFORE WE LIST ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS.

I. Gold Detector; $3,200,000 from N.Z. for N.Z. only. (Received)
2. Gold Detector; $200,000,000!!!!!!! over 5 years from the USA. (Expression of interest already shown)
3. Hand Held Scanner; $250,000,000!!!!!!!!! Over 5 years from USA. (Expressions of interest already shown and that was the figure they were happy with).
4. Walk through Doorway; $250,000,000!!!!!!!! Over 5 years from USA. (Expressions of interest are intense to say the least).
5. Land Mine Detector; $500,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Over 5 years from USA. (This contract has been roughly drawn up and when it is finally ironed out it will be signed).
As you will now realize these contracts are worth over $ 1200,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Over a 5 year period and then they will have to re-negotiate the next 5 years!!!!!!!!!!!!. The main aim now is to secure as many of those contracts as we can. This will take time, although, La Trobe are telling Craig and I they believe around 6 to 8 months time we should be listing. When this happens HANG ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
SHARE VALUES= Fantasyland!
When listing on the Stock Exchange the value of the company is worked out using these contracts, so the more that are signed the higher the value of our shares. Remember there are only 15,000,000 20 cent shares. So now we’ll say the land mine detector and the scanner are licensed off for a total of $750,000,000!!!!!!!!!. And because we make the boards at a profit off $4000!!!!!!! And they have to go into each ‘invention’ we can now show, on paper, the amount of profit we expect to make over the next 5 years. This profit is then added to the Licensing fees and here is the VALUE of the company. This could be in the region of 3 or 4 BILLION dollars (3,000,000,000)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now divide by 15,000,000, so it is around $200!!!!!!!!!! that each share will be worth. Now because the shares are 20 cents each the Stock Market will re-issue on probably 100 to 1. What we have now is; 100 shares at 20 cents each = $20. so for every share you have now you would be re-issued with 10 shares each valued at $20. For example, 25,000 issued shares at 20 cents = $5000, 25,000 newly valued shares at $200 = $5,000,000 With a re-issue of 100 to you now have 250,000 shares at $20 = $5,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
As the core structure of the company, Myself, Craig Dr Ferrier John and Peter believe we will accomplish these goals and to us it is not too far away. Those holding 20 cent shares will all be made extremely wealthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What you have to do is use this letter from me to talk to you financial adviser and get. him to really start thinking what you are going to do with your wealth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. All you can do at the moment is just sit tight and READ all newsletters from Detector System.
It wil1 take time but in the scheme of things we are going at lightning speed.!!!!!!!!!
