A good friend of mine here in Arizona sent over this great picture today. He decided to revisit a spot that had never been very good to him in the past. He was hoping with all the heavy rains that perhaps some overburden would have been removed and maybe brought a nugget or two into range. As you can see, his hunch was right. He scored ¾-ounce in about an hour’s worth of detecting!

He was swinging the Minelab GPX 5000 coupled with a Coiltek 18” Elite. This would have been an amazing weekends worth of detecting, let alone an hour! A huge congratulations to the lucky finder. Thank you again for sharing with us!

P.S. Save me a few down there ;)

I am even more impressed by the Serial number on the Coil as much as I am... of the gold!!!! I had thought I got my Elite early from COILTEK... But... # 00006 off the production line... That puts me to shame! Wow! Now thats really riding the crest of the wave! And such a great Coil too ~ that really supercharges the GPX machines !

It's all good..... very good!

Cheers !

Gerard
