Hi All, if you happen to be around the Radersburg, Montana area (SE of Helena) this weekend, be sure to check out the 15^th Annual Rick Radke Memorial Metal Detector Hunt. It is hosted by the Headwaters GPAA Chapter who are really a great group of folks. The outing should be a lot of fun and a good chance to win some prizes.

For those that didn’t know Rick, he was a well-known prospector and shop owner in Helena for many years. His passing was totally unexpected and a shock for us all. The photo below is of us detecting outside Helena and was the last time I got to see him alive. He was way too young, and is truly missed. Thank you Headwaters for honoring his memory with this hunt!
