Chris Gholson 1,064 Report post Posted August 24, 2020 I found this awesome military eagle button the other day and am trying to figure out how old it is. I was thinking perhaps WW2 era. Anyone out there have any ideas on the age? Thanks! 1 nugget108 reacted to this

clay 23 Report post Posted August 27, 2020 That's a stock Army general service button. They were made from 1902 until the present. It probably says "SCOVILL MANUFACTURING CO" on the back. If it doesn't it's probably made between 1960 and the present. You can probably narrow down the date a bit by studying here: https://inkspotantiques.com/?main_page=page&id=10 2 Jim P. and geof_junk reacted to this
